Back To The Dress

I didn't get any sewing done yesterday because I went to meet a guy at lunch time to hang out and didn't get home till after 8pm.

I kind of made up for it today. I'm planning to wear my 1940s dress on the 14th so I really need to get on with the toile and actually get it finished. I got the other 5 pieces pinned down and cut out and then started on the tailor tacks. Just a few more to do, and the lining for the front panel to cut out, and then I can start sewing. I'm hoping to be sewing the bodice together tomorrow.
